Our Content Studio team is looking for multiple designers to build a new creative function within Workplace Investing Marketing ( WIIM-Workplace Inclusion, Insights, and Marketing ). The Expertise And Skills You Bring • Strong visual design skills • Degreed required • Creativity, effective communication, time management, and analytical skills • Ability to distill complex topics into engaging visuals to share with employer clients, media, business partners, and others • Ability to manage partner relationships (who may be engaged to assist with creative support) to ensure deliverables are in-line with our standards • Energetic, inquisitive, self-starter • 5+ years of work experience in a creative design role • Power user of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft PowerPoint • History of delivering on content that is conversational, concise, and accessible • Be adept at following brand guidelines while continuously innovating to push the brand forward • Building positive relationships with partners and having the ability to influence, inspire, and collaborate with colleagues across the organization without formal authority • Communicating with impact and clarity, both in your written and verbal delivery • Leading several efforts simultaneously using outstanding project management skills • Excelling in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment with stellar track record of 'getting it done,' and driving initiatives from concept through launch Our newly formed Integrated Marketing Experience team was formed with the goal of innovating new ways to tell our stories, leveraging technology in format and delivery, to optimize message effectiveness.
