Responsibilities • Conceptualize, design, and create high-quality motion graphics and visual effects for various projects, including but not limited to videos, animations, gifs, and advertisements. • The DLCC’s video projects meet multiple stakeholders’ needs with departments across the organization understanding the timeline and the strategy behind the concepts.
