Senior Motion Graphics Designer

Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Motion Graphics Designer to elevate visual storytelling and create captivating content for various media platforms in **Milwaukee, Wisconsin, US**. Responsibilities: Conceptualize, design, and produce compelling motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for diverse projects. Translate creative briefs and storyboards into engaging visual content that aligns with brand identity and project objectives. Utilize industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, and other relevant tools to create polished animations and graphics. Collaborate closely with creative directors, art directors, video editors, and other team members to ensure cohesive and impactful visual output. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality. Experiment with new techniques and technologies to enhance visual appeal and efficiency. Provide art direction and constructive feedback to junior motion graphics designers. Maintain an organized project workflow and manage assets effectively. Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in motion graphics and animation. Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges related to animation and rendering. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Motion Graphics Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in animation, design, and visual effects. Proficiency in Adobe After Effects is essential; extensive knowledge of Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator is required. Experience with 3D software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) is a significant plus. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling. Excellent sense of timing, rhythm, and pacing in animation. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced creative environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts effectively. Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
