As a pivotal leader within the Brand Marketing team, you will contribute to a diverse portfolio of projects, including motion graphics for short-form social media, graphic design for digital and print materials, and high-impact presentations. Required Qualifications: • Legally authorized to work in the job posting country • 5-7 years of professional design experience with at least 5 years of motion graphic design experience • Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field • Highly proficient in both motion graphic and static graphic design utilizing Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects) • Ability to create motion graphic templates from scratch in Adobe AfterEffects to be utilized by designers/contract vendors • Proficient in designing editable graphics and branded templates in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word • A strong online portfolio showcasing 2D vector-based motion graphic designs, high-impact digital and print designs, and presentations on designs • Ability to incorporate stakeholder feedback into design projects with minimal supervision • Professional email communication on skills • Self-motivated learner, eager to explore new tools and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment • Knowledge of CMYK/RGB color processes and appropriate use-cases for various file types • Proficiency in video editing, photo retouching, and color correcting Comfortable working in a PC environment Learn more about Phillips 66 Total Rewards.
