Position: Senior Packaging & Print Designer / Creative Lead Senior Packaging & Print Designer / Creative Lead Job OverviewWe are looking for a highly creative and experienced Packaging & Print Designer who can lead projects from concept to print production. The ideal candidate should possess strong design aesthetics, deep technical knowledge of print‑ready packaging files, and the ability to manage and guide a creative team efficiently.Key Responsibilities Design premium packaging concepts for FMCG, food, dairy, spices, beverages, and consumer brands.Create print collaterals including brochures, flyers, posters, danglers, standees, labels, cartons, and marketing materials. Develop print‑ready packaging artworks with proper understanding of: Die lines, CMYK colour profiles, Bleed & margins, Print separations, Embossing/Foil/UV finishes, Barcode & legal placements.Coordinate with printers, vendors, and production teams to ensure high‑quality output.Lead and mentor junior designers and creative teams.Ensure brand consistency across all packaging and communication materials.Handle multiple projects under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail.Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative packaging ideas.Required SkillsStrong expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and CorelDRAW.Excellent knowledge of print production and packaging execution.Strong typography, colour sense, layout, and branding skills.Experience in preparing final print‑ready files for production.Ability to visualize premium and modern packaging designs.Good understanding of material finishes and packaging structures.Strong creative thinking and problem‑solving ability.Preferred QualitiesCreative and capable of heading a design team independently.Competitive mindset with passion for high‑quality output.Flexible and ready to work in fast‑paced environments.Strong collaboration, communication, and management skills.Self‑motivated, proactive, and detail‑oriented.Ability to work anytime when required to meet deadlines.Positive attitude and willingness to learn new trends and technologies.Experience Required5+ years experience in Packaging Design / Print Design / Branding.Agency or FMCG packaging experience will be an added advantage.Bonus Skills (Preferred)Knowledge of AI‑based design tools.Experience in product mockups and 3D packaging visualization.Knowledge of social media creatives and digital branding.Understanding of printing techniques and vendor coordination.EducationDegree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field preferred.Job Summary Someone who combines creativity with technical print knowledge and can take ownership of packaging projects from ideation to final production while managing teams and maintaining premium quality standards.#J-18808-Ljbffr
