Senior Print Graphic Designer is responsible for design and production of all print materials for in-store displays, wholesale and trade show collateral, press kits, and more. You’ll work closely with the Senior Creative Director to develop compelling creative that brings our brand to life across physical touchpoints and supports marketing and retail objectives. • Assist the Senior Creative Director with concepting seasonal campaigns, mood boards, and visual storytelling for print executions (10%, collaborative role) • Lead the end-to-end design of all print collateral including: (60%, primary responsibility) • In-store signage and POP materials • Wholesale marketing materials • Trade show assets and environmental graphics • Press kits and printed media assets • Cross Creative Team handoff from print to digital • Partner with cross-functional teams including marketing, PR, sales, visual merchandising, and retail to execute best-in-class print solutions aligned with business goals (10%, collaborative role) • Ensure consistency with brand identity, typography, layout standards, and print production best practices (10%, collaborative role) • Manage print production timelines, liaise with vendors and ensure accurate proofing and delivery(5%, collaborative role) • Stay current on trends in print design, materials, and production techniques to continually elevate output (5%, primary responsibility) Qualifications: • 7 years of graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio focused on print and physical brand experiences • Experience designing for retail, wholesale, or fashion/lifestyle brands highly preferred • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) • Strong understanding of print production, file setup, and color management • Exceptional attention to detail and typography • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams and manage multiple deadlines • Ability to think strategically and contribute creatively to concepting and campaign development Bonus Points: • Experience with trade show booth design or large-format print • Background in consumer, fashion, or beauty brands • Knowledge of sustainable materials and eco-conscious print practices
