Senior Production Artist, Apparel Graphics

We are looking for a Senior Production Artist to join the Apparel Graphic Production team. We are looking for a designer who loves the technical details of the graphic process as well as finding new ways of working. They are a trusted resource within the team, creating detailed and accurate graphic schematics, with the ability to run point for Production Art within given categories by attending meetings, identifying personal action items, and being available as the go-to graphic production resource for a greater, cross-functioning team. • 5+ years of experience in a design and/or production environment • Proficient knowledge of Illustrator and Adobe Suite • Advanced of graphic applications such as ink types and trim substrates • Understanding of product lifecycle and key deliverables • Expert-Level listening, communication and organizational skills • Proven ability to support and lead peers in new tools and ways of working • Ability to navigate ambiguity while continuing to collaborate with the team • Laser focus on the critical details that often get missed • Ability to multi-task amidst competing priorities • Curiosity for learning and building a strong design community • Experience in 3D apparel programs (CLO or Browzwear) is preferred • Understanding of Smartsheet, Airtable, and Miro is a plus • A love for sports is a bonus but a love for design is essential You will do this by leveraging 2D and 3D tools.
