Senior Production Artist – Large-Format & Environmental Graphics

This is a full-time, in-person role (with potential to move to a hybrid schedule over time) based at our Worcester, MA location, working alongside our fabrication and installation teams. This is the precision side of our design team. You'll take approved concepts from our design team and build accurate, to-scale layouts and production files that our fabrication and installation teams can execute perfectly. What You'll Be Doing Building accurate, to-scale layouts from concepts, site measurements, photos, and 3D scansPreparing production-ready large-format print and fabrication files with correct bleeds, color, scale, and specsTurning approved concepts into clean, buildable files for wall wraps, dimensional graphics, signage, window and floor graphics, and painted wall layoutsCreating polished mockups and renderings for proposals and client presentationsEnsuring every file matches the school or district's brand guidelines, colors, and mascotsHandling revisions cleanly and quicklyWorking directly with the fabrication team and install crews so files translate perfectly to the finished spaceKeeping design files, assets, and version control organized and clean Qualifications Several years of professional experience in production, large-format, or environmental graphicsExpert-level command of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and PhotoshopStrong technical understanding of print and large-format production: file prep, bleeds, color management, resolution, scale, and substratesAbility to design accurately to real-world dimensions and hand off files that fabricate and install without surprisesMeticulous attention to detail and accuracyComfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines at once without dropping qualityExperience with signage, wayfinding, wall wraps, or fabrication files is a strong plusFamiliarity with 3D scan tools (such as Matterport) or CAD is a plus Location & Travel This is an in-person role based at our Worcester, MA location, with the potential to move to a hybrid schedule over time.
