Senior Production Designer, Event Creative Services

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Production Designer to elevate our event creative efforts through collaboration and innovation. As part of our dynamic team, you will work alongside creative directors, designers, copywriters, and program managers to create outstanding visual assets for various live events.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with marketing partners to support creative initiatives and craft engaging event materials.

Design and produce multiple assets in various sizes to suit different live event applications.

Create large-format environmental print assets by setting up artboards from detailed drawings or dimensions.

Effectively adjust and resize digital and print assets at scale.

Translate sketches and digital designs from Figma into polished print-ready assets using Adobe Illustrator.

Develop and replicate live event digital and print assets in a range of sizes.

Conduct thorough reviews of your work to ensure it aligns with our brand and quality standards.

Champion and adhere to brand guidelines and design best practices throughout all projects.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of professional experience in related fields such as events, advertising, marketing, or graphic design.

A diverse portfolio showcasing brand, event, campaign, and design projects. Please include a link or PDF with your application.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and experience with Figma.

Ability to generate content across digital, web, social media, print, and motion platforms.

Effective project management skills, with a strong ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to present ideas confidently and incorporate feedback effectively.

Clear written and spoken communication skills in North American English.

Strategic thinking to connect design output to business goals and drive positive outcomes.
