Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computing Science or Graphic Design discipline • Have at least 5+ years of experience in a Broadcast Television environment, 3+ minimum specifically building graphics utilizing the Ross XPression software application • Strong desire to learn, comfortable in a fast-moving environment • Ability to learn and adapt to new technology • Excellence in problem solving and balancing quick turnaround with long-term quality • Must be detail-oriented and organized, possess strong communication skills, and be able to prioritize a variety of tasks efficiently • Strong command of HTML, CSS, JavaScript • Create reusable code and libraries of UI/UX designs • Deep understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite products • Unreal Engine experience • Knowledge of Cinema 4D • Work directly with designers and end users in deploying real-time graphics solutions to the production studio and live event teams • Must be willing to work on-site Responsibilities/Duties • Utilize Ross Xpression and suite of products in the creation, template development, and scripting of real-time graphics for PGA Tour Studios and Live Event production • Work closely with Creative Director and Art Directors to create and refine design concepts • Contribute to optimized control room and producer workflows • Troubleshoot issues with real-time graphics platforms • Provide troubleshooting and support for event and/or studio directories • Utilize other graphics software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After-Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Cinema4D and Unreal to aid in the creation of designs and animations • Learn about specialty business segments, such as, virtual studio, data visualization, augmented reality, etc. • Collaborate within the PGA TOUR Creative Studio to contribute to long-term initiatives • Contribute innovative ideas, pushing designs to the next level, and learn new software to enhance individual versatility in the department • Observe graphic format deviations and enforce PGA TOUR graphic look • Adhere to proper file management techniques to ensure efficient archiving and subsequent retrieval of projects • Maintain live event and studio graphic platform directories and communicate updates to playout operators and production teams • Special projects as assigned
