About The Role This role is both hands-on and leadership-driven — responsible for setting the creative standard, managing our designer VAs, and ensuring every lifecycle touchpoint feels intentional, on-brand, and compliant. • Continuously improve creative velocity while maintaining a high bar for quality and consistency. • Has worked on lifecycle or performance-focused creative (email, SMS, retention channels preferred).
