Overview In this role, you’ll create eye-catching thumbnails, graphics, and visual assets that not only look great but also drive engagement, all while keeping each show’s brand consistent and recognizable. You’ll collaborate closely with our production and marketing teams to turn ideas into polished visuals in a fast-moving environment. What You'll Bring to the Table 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in digital media, podcasting, or entertainmentExceptional portfolio demonstrating strong visual design skills and creative problem-solvingExpert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesignExperience with video editing and motion graphics software like After Effects or Premiere ProProven track record creating high-performing YouTube thumbnails and social graphicsStrong typography skills and understanding of visual hierarchyAbility to work quickly without sacrificing quality or attention to detailUnderstanding of brand guidelines and how to maintain consistency while staying freshExperience designing for print, especially merchandise like apparel and accessoriesKnowledge of current design trends across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other platformsExcellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to take creative direction and run with itHighly organized, proactive, and eager to learnA genuine interest in true crime, paranormal content, pop culture/current events, and digital storytellingWillingness to sign an NDAAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretionFlexible mindset - comfortable operating outside of a traditional 9-5 schedule as needed
