Penney Company, Inc.Plano, Texas The Sr. Textile Designer leads the JCPenney Art Studio Team in Primary Responsibilities: GENERATING BRAND & TREND LEADING ART: Create art that supports the concept and seasonal direction put forth by the Sr. Design Director and Art Directors for each brand. INSTITUTING NEW & EVOLVED ART TECHNIQUES, TECHNOLOGIES & PROCESSES: Work to evolve our JCPenney Art Studio by championing and teaching new art techniques to the studio team members. 8+ Years of Experience in Print & Pattern Crafting, some experience in Creative Direction, and working with leadership within an organization required.
