Senior UX Designer

A company is looking for a Senior UX Designer to join their UX Services team remotely in the US. Key Responsibilities Lead the UX design of a new industrial plant operations product Research and analyze project requirements, conduct user testing, and collaborate with stakeholders on user experience designs Create workflows, sketches, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in software product design Bachelor's Degree in Design, User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus Strong background in UX design principles and information architecture Experience with Figma is required; familiarity with other design tools is a plus Ability to produce various deliverables, including wireframes, prototypes, and mockups
