Affirma, a young, fast paced, award winning tech company ranked one of the "Top 5 Best Mid-Size Companies to Work For" by the Seattle Business magazine, is looking for a a passionate and collaborative Visual Designer to join our team and help design visual experiences for a wide variety of digital products for our internal Creative team. • Work with clients and project managers to understand design requirements • Regularly review creative work with senior creative staff to get feedback on direction and to ensure the work is aligned with other activities in the group You understand the importance of visual design as part of an experience from both a human-centered and business perspective. • Ability to juggle multiple projects/tasks at the same time
