Key Responsibilities : Contribute to the design and evolution of the design language for the AI era Partner with teams to ensure scalability of design language and frameworks Align cross-functional teams on cohesive design strategies and drive adoption across the organization Qualifications : Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience 8 years of experience in product design or UX Experience in visual, interaction, and motion design, and managing teams in consumer settings Experience designing across multiple platforms and working with technical / design teams
