Who We’re Looking For • 4+ years of product design experience, with a strong focus on visual systems and motion design • A proven track record of shipping complex, interactive products — not just static layouts • A systems thinker who can scale design language across platforms and devices • Deep comfort designing layered, spatial interfaces with dynamic states and density • Strong instincts around status, feedback, and subtle signaling • Technically fluent — confident collaborating with engineers to implement motion across web and native environments • Thrives in ambiguity and exploration — excited by prompts like “How should an AI live on a phone?” We don’t hire “culture fits.”
