Senior Visual Designer (Sales content)

What We’re Looking For – Designer

Location: Minneapolis, MN – U.S. Bank Plaza, 200 S 6th St

Schedule: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | Hybrid, 60% onsite

Hourly Pay : $31/hr

Contract: Possibility of extension and conversion

Must-Haves

3+ years of presentation, graphic, or information design experience.Advanced PowerPoint — must be able to create polished, client-facing presentations.Strong information design and visual storytelling skills.Experience turning complex data/content into clear, visually compelling presentations.Experience creating sales enablement materials, such as:Client-facing presentationsFinalist presentationsSell sheetsBrochuresDigital assets/microappsStrong data visualization skills — charts, diagrams, visual frameworks, etc.Adobe Creative Suite or comparable design-tool experience.Ability to work within brand guidelines while still bringing creative ideas.Strong communication, organization, time management, and project-management skills.Comfortable collaborating with sales, marketing, product, and business stakeholders.Nice-to-Have

Financial services or other regulated-industry experience.Seismic or another sales enablement/content management platform.Experience with compliance approvals and maintaining content libraries.Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Information Design, Marketing, or related field.
