Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. What You’d Do In This Role
The Senior Visual Designer responsible for creating high-performing YouTube thumbnails, show branding, key art, and digital creative that support audience growth across Ramsey Network shows and personalities. This role partners closely with producers, strategists, editors, and creatives to turn content into compelling visual storytelling optimized for clicks, engagement, and viewer retention. Ideal candidates have strong Adobe & Figma skills, experience in fast-paced digital content environments, and a portfolio showcasing YouTube thumbnails, branding systems, key art, or creator-focused visual design work.
You’re Probably a Match If
8+ years of experience in digital visual design, YouTube creative, branding, or performance-driven contentStrong portfolio showcasing YouTube thumbnails, key art, branding systems, or creator-focused visual design workAdvanced Photoshop skills with experience in Adobe and FigmaStrong understanding of branding, typography, composition, and visual storytellingExperience creating and interpreting brand systems across multiple shows or personalitiesExperience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven creative environmentsUnderstands how thumbnails and visual presentation directly impact click-through rate, engagement, and audience growthSelf-starter with strong ownership, attention to detail, and ability to consistently deliver high-quality workComfortable coaching and elevating the craft of 2 other designers through feedback and collaborationInterested in using AI tools for concepting, creative exploration, testing, and workflow efficiencyThinks natively in YouTube and digital content environments rather than traditional television or post-production workflows
