You’re excited to work as part of a remote team, communicating asynchronously when needed, both with clients and the rest of the Whiteboard team, anc communicating over tools like Slack, Asana, Figma, Loom, and Zoom as needed. 5+ years of digital design experience, with a strong and diverse portfolio of original work — previous agency experience is preferredVery experienced in Figma and Adobe Creative SuiteStrong understanding of brand and typography designStrong understanding of user-first design and best practices in accessibilityStrong understanding of modern CMS, frontend frameworks, and web developmentExceptional at developing design systems, and planning for multiple devices, technologies, browsers, and adhering to ADA standardsExceptional at component-based design, as well as, designing new innovative layouts, and design systems that can scale and be easy to manage by clients and developers Associate for Web Development The Web Developer will be responsible for back-end and front-end web development tasks, programming, and web design on a day-to-day basis.We prefer Vercel or Webflow over Wordpress, but open for recommendations.
