This full-time, in-office role is perfect for a designer who not only produces stunning visuals but also leads with clarity, mentors others, and brings structure and innovation to design processes. As the Senior Web Designer, you’ll guide and elevate all creative output across the agency. You’ll lead by example in designing high-quality digital assets for websites, social media, and marketing campaigns, while also mentoring junior designers, standardizing design systems, and helping improve internal processes.

You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure our work is visually impactful, aligned with client goals, and optimized for performance. Your influence will shape our brand’s visual direction—and the future of our design team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the creative direction and execution of digital design projectsWebsite design through Wordpress, using Elementor builderGraphic design for various client, and internal, marketing materialsMentor, train, and provide feedback to design teamEstablish and maintain design systems, processes, and best practicesCollaborate with cross-functional teams on creative strategy and project planningDesign standout visuals aligned with UX/UI best practices and brand strategyStay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologiesHelp build and scale the design department to support company growthQualifications

3+ years of experience in digital design, with agency or team leadership preferredStrong portfolio showcasing a variety of web and digital marketing projectsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, web layout, and responsive designExperience training or mentoring junior team membersFamiliarity with HTML/CSS and how design interacts with developmentExcellent communication and organizational skillsStrategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesBonus Skills

Experience with prototyping tools (Figma, or relatable experience)Background in branding or art directionMotion graphics or video editing skillsExperience building design systems or creative operations processesSalary & Schedule

Starting at $55000 annuallyFull-time, 40 hours per weekLocation: On-site in Fort Collins, COCandidates must be able to commute or plan to relocate before startingPortfolio must be submitted with resume to be considered for employment.
