Job Description The successful candidate is an experienced individual with a friendly personality and the ability to interact with the customer base. This person is a proven team player that knows how to communicate both internally and with customers. The successful candidate has: 5+ years of experience working in a team environment 5+ years experience in the sign production industry, especially fabrication/production Must have background in vinyl creation and large format printing Must have background applying printed products to substrates Solid track record of accurately estimating timing and meeting deadlines While detail oriented, possess multi-tasking capabilities Solid communications skills Ability to work independently; there will be interactions with customers and subcontractors Adequate computer skills Some graphic design experience but not purely graphic design experience
