You will be reporting to the Web Support Manager. ● Communicating with clients, helping them understand relevant metrics, what we do, and the progress of their project ● Staying up to date on current industry practices, news, and algorithm updates ● Evaluate current state of SEO and develop an action plan for improvement for clients ● Strong Communication Skills ● Ambitious, Ability to multi-task ● Project Management ○ Ability to manage multiple clients and projects/tasks simultaneously. ● Experience with Social Media, both paid & organic ● A functional understanding of HTML and CSS ● Organized and attention-to-detail approach with strong tactical execution ● Excellent research, analysis, and structured thinking capabilities ● E-commerce Experience ● Google Analytics Certification a plus ● Knowledge of effective Web design, SEO, Web development, graphic design, information architecture and client management; ● Bachelor's degree in a job related discipline or relevant experience Work Environment and Physical Requirements Work is performed primarily in an office setting.
