SEO Specialist Compensation $15 to $20 Hourly Employment Type Part-Time/ FULL TIME Why Work Here? “Perfect for entry level marketing experience, room for growth, flexible.” We are looking for a remote SEO/SEM professional to manage our search engine optimization and marketing tasks. You will also manage all SEM campaigns through the use of Google in order to maximize ROI. This role will start out at roughly 20-30 hours per week. Job Types: Part-time or Full time Work Location: Remotely/ Office Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: SEO: 1 year and more (Preferred) Google My Business: 1 year and more (Preferred) Web Design ( WordPress and CMS Tools - This is a Plus) Graphic Design (Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator - This is a Plus) Primary Responsibilities · Plan and executed tasks to scale business presence online for local search · Track, report, and analyze listings performances · Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget pertaining to tasks · Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing · Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations · Work with the development team to execute growth goals effectively · Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content · Determining effective SEO strategies for our business and setting goals around keywords, ranking, and local targeting · Follow tutorials to complete specific tasks · Taking the lead role on performing “SEO Roadmaps” for clients (Detailed SEO audit and strategy implementation) · Bi-weekly to Monthly reporting on the progress we’ve made on our SEO goals as well as identifying potential areas for improvement Requirements · Proven SEO experience · Solid understanding of performance marketing and online customer acquisition · Project planning and management of task skills · In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google My Business Listings) · Ability to learn new software and SEO tools · Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms · Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM Expectations · Be active with communicating with team members and lead project manager and fairly responsive - doesn’t have to be immediate, but ideally you can reply within a couple of hours of first contact.
