Service Designer Position Overview Our Fortune 100 oil and gas client in Houston, Texas, is looking for a Service Designer with a strong background in research to join their team on a 6-month contract with a high likelihood to extend. • Apply design thinking methodologies to develop service concepts and solutions. Qualifications • A minimum of 6 years of experience in UX design, UX research, or a hybrid role • Expert knowledge of user research (planning, execution, analysis, reporting) • Knowledge of prototyping tools Figma, Sketch • Strong skills in journey mapping and user research. Additionally, you must be physically located in and perform the work for our client in the United States.
