Service Designer

Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Service Design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).6+ years of professional experience in service design, user experience, or related roles, with a strong portfolio of end-to-end service work.Proven experience conducting user research, usability testing, and synthesizing insights into service artefacts (journey maps, blueprints, personas).Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills; comfortable leading workshops and cross-disciplinary alignment sessions.Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Miro) and familiarity with analytics tools to measure service outcomes.Excellent communication and documentation skills, able to translate complex systems into clear artifacts and guidance.Experience working in agile product teams and collaborating closely with engineers, product managers, and operations.Preferred: formal background or coursework in HCI, design thinking, or a related discipline; experience implementing changes in operational environments.In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including financial information.
