To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Responsible for training Packaging Designers and interns as needed. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or Package Design from two-year or four-year college or university is preferred; or at least three to five years related and documented experience and/or training in a related area; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
