They anticipate the needs of internal customers, address and resolve issues, troubleshoot issues, and provide production updates to ensure deadlines are met.Skills, Knowledge & ExpertiseRequirements and skillsProven work experience as a Translator, Interpreter or similar role.Fluency in English and Japanese Languages.Excellent proofreading skills with the ability to identify grammar, spelling and punctuation errors.Good knowledge of content editing tools.Time-management skillsPersonal CharacteristicsUnderstanding of the foundation of customer service; ability and willingness to excel in delivering outstanding service to our passengers and crew.Organized, detail-oriented, and dedicated to ensuring all work is accurate.
