Showroom Visual Designer

A Visual Impact Manager, will use their creative skills to design and present merchandise in a way that enhances the overall shopping experience for our guests. • Coordinate with store manager on visual needs, incoming products, and POS materials. • Associates Degree in related field is preferred • As a Multi-Unit Leader, reliable transportation is required to travel within the designated area of responsibility (2 locations) and support other Designers when needed and travel for quarterly training, store openings, etc • Ability to create and maintain consistent visual and merchandise presentations within their area of responsibility in accordance with the company standards manuals • Be able to follow verbal and written direction from the Regional Visual Merchandiser and implement the directive with minimal supervision • Ability to work independently, have a strong sense of work ethic, professional presentation, excellent communication skills, and solid customer service skills • Strong cognitive skills required; including the ability to learn quickly, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously and be highly productive without needing much supervision • Ability to perform additional functions that may be assigned at the discretion of management.
