Design and develop basic or moderately complex graphics, animations, and videos to support employee engagement, learning, and development Provide multimedia services to support departmental branding and communications Assist with the creation of instructional courses tailored to meet the desired learning outcomes and needs of the learners using tools such as the Articulate Suite, Adobe Express, and Camtasia Select, modify, or establish a design and development model appropriate for a given project Implement stakeholder feedback to make modifications or adjustments to deliverables Create Flash/XML-based reinforcement/promotional games and animations Create original designs for product demonstrations, quick reference guides, fact sheets, executive presentations, brochures/catalogs/flyers, web designs, videos, and logos/icons Develop and create print design and support materials including agenda booklets, banners and signage (branding), name tags, name tents, network maps, eGram announcements, etc. Desired Qualifications
