Sign and Graphics Designer

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Sign & Graphics Designer to join our creative team. This role focuses on producing production-ready artwork for interior signage, decorative window films, and custom wallcoverings. The designer will collaborate with clients and our production/installation teams to create visually compelling, technically accurate designs that leverage our specialized printing capabilities and material options.

This is an ideal position for a designer who understands both creative aesthetics and the practical requirements of interior signage, large-format printing, window films, and custom wall applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design custom interior signs, logos, wayfinding, and branded graphicsCreate decorative window film designs, including multi-opacity, multi-layer, translucent/opaque, privacy, one-way vision, and double-sided graphicsDevelop custom printed wallcovering and wallpaper designs with attention to texture, scale, pattern repeat, and finish (matte/gloss)Prepare production-ready files optimized for large-format printing, vinyl cutting, and installationCollaborate with clients to interpret their vision, brand guidelines, and space requirementsWork closely with production and installation teams to ensure designs are practical, durable, and installableManage multiple projects from concept through final file delivery while meeting deadlinesMaintain design consistency across projects and stay current with material and printing capabilitiesRequired Skills & Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop)Experience designing for large-format print, vinyl, window films, or wall graphicsUnderstanding of production considerations: bleed, resolution, color modes (CMYK), vector vs. raster, pattern repeats, and material limitationsAbility to create clean, scalable vector artwork and prepare print-ready filesStrong visual design skills with an eye for typography, composition, color, and brandingExcellent communication skills for client collaboration and internal coordinationPortfolio demonstrating relevant work (interior graphics, window films, wallcoverings, signage, or large-format design strongly preferred)Preferred Experience

Prior work with architectural/decorative films, privacy films, or custom wallpaperExperience in commercial interior environments (offices, retail, healthcare, hospitality)Familiarity with installation constraints and fabrication processesAbility to manage client feedback and revisions efficientlyWhat Success Looks Like

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
