Sign and Screen Print Customer service position individual with experience in ordering apparel blanks for screen printing and the entire process of custom printing apparel for customers prefered, but we are willing to train a bright teachable individual. Computer skills to include being very familiar with navigating Windows 10 , moving files, downloading customer art, previewing customer files in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, Excellent with Microsoft Outlook email program High school degree Responsibilities: Manage incoming calls Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Take the extra mile to engage customers Track Jobs as they flow through our inhouse production facilities and make sure the job ships or delivers on time. Rep will have repeated contact with a customer who places a graphic order making sure their graphic files are ready to print and help customer when they are not to arrive at a solution either on their end or with our design staff. A rep will have between 4 to 10 orders a day that are converted from quotes to orders. Group Imaging is a Mesa Company ( www.groupimaging.com )that provides wide format graphics and screen printed apparel mostly to Churches and Non Profits in Arizona and nationwide.
