COMMERCIAL SIGN DESIGNS & LAYOUTS
We are looking for an additional Adobe Illustrator Design Specialist to create professional layouts for a wide range of corporate clients.
This is not a generic graphic design role. This position is focused on creating mathematically precise layouts for a wide variety of custom signs, dimensional letters and logos.
The work requires solid design judgment, strong Adobe Illustrator skills and close attention to detail. The right person can take direction, think through layout challenges, collaborate with sales and turn concepts into clean final artwork that is ready for production.
Our art department is equipped with full documentation for easy reference, which helps support consistency, accuracy and efficient workflow.
Your Role & Responsibilities
Create layouts in Adobe Illustrator for many different types of signs
Design to match client brand standards, project goals and practical sign requirements
Work closely with sales reps to develop, refine and finalize concepts for each order
Maintain accuracy in sizing, spacing, alignment, typography and file setup
Revise designs based on client feedback and production requirements
Prepare approved artwork correctly for production
Help ensure every approved layout is clean, professional and ready to move into production.
What We Are Looking For
Adobe Illustrator design experience is required
Strong layout and typography skills
Ability to follow brand standards and adapt designs to different client needs
Ability to collaborate well, take feedback professionally and revise work efficiently
Strong attention to detail and a high standard for accuracy
Experience preparing production-ready files is preferred
Sign design, large format design or print production experience is a strong plus.
