Who We’re Looking For (Non-Negotiables) • 3 years of hands-on sign production experience (not primarily graphic design); computer savvy • Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator (or very similar vector software) and willingness to learn additional platforms • Proven self-starter who works independently with minimal supervision • Excellent work ethic, reliability, and conscientious attention to detail • Positive team player who is easy to work with, respectful, and maintains a great attitude every day • Organized, clean, and takes ownership of your workspace • Strong communication skills and a strong sense of urgency • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license • Strong professional references (we will check them)
