If you take pride in your craft, enjoy seeing your signs around town, and want to be part of a shop that values excellence, respect, and continuous improvement, this is a great opportunity.Why You’ll Love Working HereWork with some of the best equipment in the industry : HP Latex printer, UV flatbed printer, CNC router, laser cutter, plotter, and rollover laminator.Every project is unique and hands-on — no two days are the same.Small-team environment where your ideas matter and you’ll see the direct impact of your work.Full-time, steady 40-hour weeks (Monday–Friday) with rare overtime.All client-related travel expenses fully reimbursed.Paid holidays and vacation that increases with longevity.401(k) plan.A Typical DayYou’ll be busy, productive, and contributing from start to finish:Develop sign designs to meet client goals using Adobe Illustrator (and learn/use other software platforms as needed)Produce signs using raw materials — vinyl, laminate, metal, and acrylic substratesPrint, laminate, cut vinyl on the plotter, mask/weed, and apply graphicsPerform quality control (check spelling, color, size, and proof match)Install simple signs: door graphics, vehicle wraps, wall/fence mounts, etc.Keep the production area clean and organized (trash, sweep, proper tool storage)Track project records accurately (electronic and paper)Monitor waste, recommend process improvements, and participate in daily production meetingsWho We’re Looking For(Non-Negotiables)3 years of hands-on sign production experience (not primarily graphic design); computer savvyStrong skills in Adobe Illustrator (or very similar vector software) and willingness to learn additional platformsProven self-starter who works independently with minimal supervisionExcellent work ethic, reliability, and conscientious attention to detailPositive team player who is easy to work with, respectful, and maintains a great attitude every dayOrganized, clean, and takes ownership of your workspaceStrong communication skills and a strong sense of urgencyReliable transportation and a valid driver’s licenseStrong professional references (we will check them)Nice-to-Haves (Big Plus)Vehicle wrap installation experienceKnowledge of color management3M or Avery Certified InstallerCompensation$18.00 – $25.00 per hour (commensurate with experience).
