Horizon Sign Company is looking for an experienced Sign Designer/Graphic Designer to join our team. The Sign Designer will produce all graphic content required by a company which designs, fabricates, and installs all manner of signs and graphics. The number of designs per day can be as few as one large project requiring multiple layouts to as many as 12 smaller jobs with minor typography changes. RESPONSIBILITIES: Design signs, vehicle wraps and graphics, menu boards, banners, and numerous other types of signs & graphics, with a focus on color management and brand guideline accuracy Create mockups and scale drawings for clients, government permits, fabricators, etc. Photograph locations for creating mockups for client estimates Take and edit photos of finished products for use in marketing materials Develop and post marketing and social media assets Work on multiple projects simultaneously Consult with clients to understand and deliver on their vision Administrative assistance, including answering phones, emails, and online queries Accurately track electronic and paper records related to design jobs Establish and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, support departments, suppliers, etc.
