We are seeking a Sign Designer/Production Specialist to become and integral part of our team. You will develop and design manufactured products using computer generated vinyl and graphics output that can be weeded, cut, and applied or printed and mounted to substrate. *Create funcitional and appealing product designs *Combine artistic talent with product designs *Work with clients to refine designs and secure final approval for production *Provides proofs as necessary *Prepares substrates for application *Collaborate with management *Helps install signs when necessary *Strong verbal and written communications skills *Able to work well under pressure to output high volume/high quality work *Ability to lift 50 or more pounds *Able to use light power equipment *Experience with vinyl applications *Experience with primary design software like Adobe illustrator/ FlexiSign/ Omega Gerber *Follows all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes *Please provide resume and references
