Trav-Ad Signs has been helping businesses, government agencies, and organizations across north Alabama get seen for 50 years. We’re a close-knit team that takes pride in quality work, and we’re growing our graphics department.
We’re looking for an experienced graphics fabricator and installer who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in a clean, finished product. You’ll bring our signage to life, from producing vinyl and printed graphics in the shop to installing them on storefronts, vehicles, windows, and job sites around the area.

What you’ll do
Produce, weed, mask, and apply cut vinyl and printed graphics on a variety of substrates
Laminate, trim, and finish printed graphics, and help keep our production equipment running well
Install signage and graphics on site, including window, wall, vehicle, and fleet graphics
Review work orders and proofs, and share ideas when you see a better way to get it done
Take site measurements and help our team plan installs
Keep your tools, vehicle, and workspace organized and ready to go
What we’re looking for
1+ years of hands-on vinyl application and graphic signage experience (sign shop, vehicle wrap, print shop, or similar)
A sharp eye for detail and pride in clean, professional results
A self-starting attitude: you enjoy taking ownership of a job and seeing it through
Confidence making good decisions on the job site when conditions aren’t perfect
A positive, can-do approach and good communication with your team and our customers
Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
Nice to have
Vehicle wrap or fleet graphics experience (3M or Avery certification a plus)
Experience with Flexi, SAi, or similar sign software

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
