The right candidate will be someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, takes ownership of quality, and can bring stability and leadership to a growing team. You will be responsible for operating and overseeing our production equipment, managing jobs through our production workflow in Corebridge, maintaining quality standards, and leading and developing our production team — including our Printer Technician(s) and Graphic Installer. Our production capabilities include large-format roll-to-roll printing, flatbed UV printing, CNC cutting and routing, vinyl cutting and weeding, lamination, finishing, and graphic installation. This is a full time position at our production facility in Lancaster, PA. You will report to the Owner. Our goal is for this person to join our leadership team and contribute to growing our business.
