Sign Installer

• Competitive Pay: $22–$30 per hour, based on experience • Perks: Overtime, travel stipend, and bonus opportunities • Work Variety: Every day is different - indoor/outdoor projects, small installs, and large creative builds • Career Growth: Advance your skills with complex installations including electrical, rigging, and specialty mounting • Team Culture: Positive, hardworking, and fun environment where we take pride in doing things right • Lead and execute sign installation projects from start to finish • Load, transport, and set up materials, tools, and hardware safely • Prepare job sites - dig footings, set posts, remove old signage, and ensure proper site conditions • Assemble, mount, and install signs according to blueprints, specifications, and industry standards • Work with power tools, lift equipment, electrical connections, and specialty installation hardware • Perform electrical connections for illuminated signs (low voltage and line voltage) • Troubleshoot installation challenges and provide solutions in the field • Maintain tools, equipment, and job site safety standards • Communicate with project managers and clients to ensure on-time, high-quality completion • 2-5 years of professional sign installation experience (monument signs, channel letters, cabinet signs, interior graphics, etc.) • Proven experience with sign mounting techniques, hardware installation, and proper structural anchoring • Strong knowledge of installation tools, equipment, and safety protocols • Experience with boom lifts, scissor lifts, and working at heights • Electrical experience with sign lighting and connections strongly preferred • Able to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and installation specifications • Must be strong, detail-oriented, and committed to quality workmanship • Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions • Must be able to pass a background check • Valid driver's license with clean driving record required • Comfortable with occasional overnight travel for out-of-town projects • Positive attitude and team-first mentality Founded in 2014, Eye 4 Group is a full-service sign and branding company serving Indiana and surrounding states.
