Graphic design experience is a plus, and there will be opportunities to use that experience as you would like. We are a small team with a high volume output, specializing in business-to-business sales. Responsibilities • Install signs of various types, including vinyl, LED, and dimensional signs • Conduct site surveys to determine installation requirements • Operate sign production equipment, including printers, cutters, and laminators • Collaborate with the design team to ensure accurate and timely production • Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality results. • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines • Attention to detail in sign production and installation processes • Valid driver's license and clean driving record • Ability to lift 50 pounds and work at heights • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • (Preferred) Experience in the sign / graphics industry What We Offer • 40 Hours per week, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm • $18.00-$22.00/hr based on experience and ability • Paid Time Off • Flexible Schedule • Growth opportunities within the largest sign and graphics franchise • Challenging work environment where every day presents new challenges to problem solve • Creative and satisfying work
