The position requires multiple skill sets ranging from graphic design to digital printing production and vinyl application. The ideal candidate has some college coursework or a degree, previous graphic design / sign production / installation experience, excellent computer and internet skills, and the physical ability to perform this job (lifting, bending, etc.). Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Flexi Sign Plan and review weekly production with team members (Customer Service Associate, Designer, Lead Installer) to manage daily and weekly production priorities. Review jobs requirements so print production and vinyl application / fabrication / installation is produced right the first time. Designs, layout and impose jobs to maximize usage of raw materials Loads and cuts vinyl on a plotter.
