Sign Production and Design Specialist

Growing sign company is looking for a highly skilled energetic, creative person with extensive sign industry experience to join our team as a Sign Production and Design Specialist. Our ideal candidate should enjoy working with customers while creating and producing designs that are both functional and eye-catching. (Please note, this is not a Graphic Design position.) ● Strong computer and file management skills including Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop ● Professional, patient, and polished communicator with customers and coworkers ● Strong math skills for measuring, pricing, etc. ● Ability to work both independently and in a team environment with coworkers, customers, and subcontractors Job duties include: ● Sign design, production, and installation ● Full-time hours (40 hours/week) ● Answer phones ● Consult/interface with customers ● Maintain cleanliness and organization of manufacturing/production area ● Assist in maintaining company signage equipment ● Accurately keep track of electronic and paper records related to jobs ● Learn new technologies, skills, and techniques to become a better sign making professional At Paragon Signs we specialize in providing full-service solutions to meet our client’s needs.
