As a Sign Production Specialist, you will be responsible for all aspects of sign production, which includes Graphic design, preparing graphics for print, preparing substrates, determining appropriate print material and machinery to provide the highest quality while still focused on cost savings. · Graphic Design · Operation of digital cutting equipment · Photo print and mounting · Substrate prep and vinyl mounting · Vinyl and vehicle graphic installation The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, self-motivated team player who can work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment and who is determined to make every project his or her absolute best QUALIFICATIONS · Graphic design experience required · Knowledge of power tools and hardware for sign installation · Knowledge of working with multiple substrates · Able to lift 50 or more pounds · Able to use light power equipment · Comfortable working on a ladder · Must have the flexibility to lean over a waist-high table and use back forth hand motions to apply vinyl letters and graphics to a substrate · Ability to stand for long periods of time · Valid driver's license BENEFITS · Regular full time schedule with weekends off · Paid Time Off (PTO) · Holidays · Casual and creative work environment · Ongoing training
