If your interested in the hands on process of making custom graphics and signs lets talk! From concept to creation we need someone we can collaborate with, experience in the graphics industry and construction trade is a major plus but if your new to the set lets discuss your current skills / capabilities to see if we can make it work and get you up to speed. Our specific majority of tasks will include but limited to the following: Fabrication and Application / Laminating / Installation of vinyl graphics to substrates / vehicles / buildings Good communication / Task Management / Quality Control Measuring & accurately cutting substrates & materials with sharp blades Hand cutting & trimming printed adhesive vinyl, stickers, scrim banner vinyl + hemming Weeding & cleaning cut vinyl + masking + preparing for application Cleaning plastic / metal / wood / foam materials & preparing items for printing Use of cleaning products/ Sanding / vacuuming / adhesives / glues Hand painting with oil / water / acrylic based paints & clean up Packaging finished signs & prepare for shipping Use of power tools, drills, tape measures, saws, etc for production Shop clean up and organizing substrates/shelving/painting/sanding Desired Experience:(Major + if applicable) Experience with Sign making, print production / fabrication / manufacturing Experience with Construction & building / Contractor /Craftsman - working with various tools and fabricating signs made of wood, plastic, metal, vinyl's, papers, & more. Compensation amount starts at $20.00 per hour to $25 per hour* *We are seeking an EXPERIENCED SIGN MAKER expect a higher rate depending on sign making experience, those with no experience will have the lower rate due to training needed, note this is NOT a graphic design position.
