Job description:
Established small sign and graphics shop is seeking someone for a Full-Time production and installation position. In addition we are willing to train the right person to be part of the design process. Imagination and attention to detail is imperative. Experience in sign making, wide format printing/production, sign installation is definitely a plus but will train the right person. Candidate must be a self-starter, experience with Illustrator and Photoshop is a huge plus, but we would consider training the right candidate.
Duties include:
Evaluate work order to determine job specifications.
Ability to accurately read measurements and use measuring tools.
Confer with customers as necessary to assess design goals.
Quickly design accurate, effective, high impact layouts.
Make any necessary design edits quickly and as per instructions.
In house vinyl sign production and assembly.
Ability to lift at least 60lbs. Position involves standing, walking, lifting and bending.
Sign installations at customers location.
Assist management as needed or requested.
Be able to answer the phone when needed.
Required Abilities: Work independently with little direction/supervision, but be able to multitask with occasional interrupts.
Required Attributes: Enthusiastic, self-motivated, efficient, organized, dependable, excellent work ethic, ability to multitask, collaborate, detail-oriented, meticulous, and has a great sense of design.
