\- Background in the sign manufacturing/fabricating/installation. \- Knowledge of using vinyl cutters, laser engraver, CNC router, large format printer, \- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, using small hand and power tools. \- Ability to apply vinyl lettering, laminating, and applying digital vinyl prints. \- An eagerness to learn, a high quality work ethic, and a positive attitude. \- Good communication skills and the ability to comfortably interact with others.
