Job Description: Sign Shop Graphic Designer/Production Associate Summary: Sign shop seeks a experienced Graphics Designer/Production Associate with Sign Industry experience. This position is responsible for the design, production, fabrication and installation of all types of signage and graphics, and dealing with customers in a courteous and professional manner. Sign Shop Graphic Designer/Production Associate Responsibilities • Design and create all types of signs • Knowledge of wide format digital printer and vinyl cutting equipment is a must • Knowledge of, or ability to quickly learn laser engraver, rotary engraver, table router • Operate and maintain all machinery • Greet clients, review needs & create finished graphic proofs based on discussions w/client • Maintain an organized, clean and professional work area • Perform bench work including weeding, laminating, fabrication and occasional installation • Perform other duties as required Sign Shop Graphic Designer/Production Associate Benefits • 6 paid national holidays • 5 days paid vacation after one year • Opportunity to learn all aspects of the sign business • The right candidate has autonomy to get the job done
