If you have experience in Sign Shop production, we are looking for YOU! • Experienced Operating Wide Format Printers Roland and Epson • Experience Operating Wide Format Laminators • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop • Experienced Customer Service Representatives • Experienced Vehicle Wrap Installers or A SINCERE DESIRE TO LEARN! Design and Support • Applicant should be able to project manage a design deliverable including gathering of all content and images from various sources from start to finish • Brainstorm, develop, and execute creative ideas for the design of print and digital documents, packaging, collateral and presentation materials • Ensure creative consistency and maintain design integrity, from initial design to final implementation • Setup templates and styles for all design documents to ensure consistency of typeface and styles using a variety of programs including InDesign, Word and PowerPoint • Ensure all typography formatting is clean, paying close attention to line returns, spacing and justification • Ensure use of high-res, cutting-edge imagery that is superior to industry standards • Work closely with team members and customers to see projects through to completion • Ability to assist and execute last minute changes to documents, collateral and presentations • Assist with development of images and graphics needed for digital projects • Design and develop using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop • Understand the wide format printing process to accurately prepare files for printing. Ensuring the quality of all materials are at the highest standard • Troubleshoot problem documents/images and understand technology difficulties to ensure issue free deliverables • Assist Creative Team in developing and optimizing workflow processes related to role, design and production • Work autonomously without supervision - WE DO NOT MICROMANAGE. We are a small, high production vehicle shop with 10+ employees.
