Sign Shop Manager

Sign Shop Manager Dynamark is a locally owned and operated printing company that provides printing, design, signs, labels, promotional, apparel, fulfillment, mailing and marketing services. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to manage our sign shop. Responsibilities include operating and managing employees in: > Operating and maintaining an Mimaki flatbed printer > Operating and maintaining an HP wide format latex printer > Operating and maintaining a CNC router > Operating and maintain a Boss HP Laser Cutter/Engraver > Ordering substrates and material for sign projects > Participating and managing small installation projects > Coordinating with 3rd party installers on larger projects > Meeting with clients and performing on- site inspections and consultation Requirements: > Strong written and verbal communication skills > 3 Years’ experience in a sign fabricating and installation environment > Training, coaching and supporting a production team > Basic computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products > Valid Driver’s License > Positive solution-oriented attitude If you are looking for a growing company with a positive work environment with opportunity to grow, submit your resume and references.
